What if You Could Make Months Of Progress in Just Days?

Deeper, faster healing

Maybe you've been in traditional weekly therapy for months or years and feel like you're stuck, or you have limited time because of work, travel, or other commitments. You may be dealing with a specific trauma or issue that needs focused attention, or you’re simply wanting to make real progress without spreading your healing journey over months of weekly appointments.

Whatever brings you here, you're ready for something different:

  • You want intensive focus on your healing without the stop-and-start nature of weekly sessions

  • You're motivated to do deep work and ready to commit to your transformation

  • You need flexibility—maybe you have a busy schedule, or live far away

  • You've tried traditional therapy but need something more powerful to break through what's been holding you back.

Brainspotting & EMDR Intensives Offer a Powerful Alternative

What if you could compress months of healing into 1-3 days? What if you could process and release what's been stuck, get relief faster and walk away feeling genuinely transformed?

Brainspotting & EMDR intensives help you:

  1. Go deeper faster—Extended sessions (2-5 hours in a day) allow us to access and process material that weekly 50-minute sessions can't reach

  2. Maintain momentum—No waiting a week between sessions wondering where you left off, losing the thread of your work, or taking extra time for checking in.

  3. Experience profound shifts—Both Brainspotting and EMDR offer an opportunity for accelerated healing, releasing years of trauma, anxiety and stuck patterns at their source.

Brainspotting and EMDR: Dissolving years of trauma in a matter of hours. Powerful modalities that go beyond talk

Brainspotting: No endless analysis. No rehashing every detail. Just direct access to where the pain actually lives–and rapid release.

EMDR: Dissolve years of trauma in a matter of hours. Memories lose their charge. Triggers fade. Negative beliefs lose their grip.

Accelerated Healing is Possible

You don't have to wait months or years to feel better.

Now not only can you get the life-changing quick relief from Brainspotting and EMDR Therapy, but instead of waiting for weeks for relief, now you can feel that relief in just a few days

Brainspotting and EMDR therapy are modalities that are not necessary to spread out over weeks and months to get the benefit.  More hours of therapy quickly just means quicker relief.

I can help you get there—faster.

Questions?

FAQs

  • A: Intensives are extended therapy sessions, typically 2-5 hours long, conducted over one or multiple days. Unlike traditional 50-minute sessions, intensives give us the time and space to go deeper into your healing work. We use Brainspotting and/or EMDR—two powerful brain-based therapies that help you access and process trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain. Brainspotting works by identifying specific eye positions that correspond to where issues are held in your brain, while EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sounds) to help your brain reprocess traumatic memories and stuck emotions. During the intensive, you'll have time to fully process emotions and memories without rushing, allowing for profound releases and insights. We build in breaks as needed, and I'm with you the entire time to guide and support you through the process.

  • A: I offer several intensive formats to meet your needs:

    • 1 day intensive: 2-6 hours in one day

    • Multi-day intensive: Multiple full or half-day sessions over 2-3 consecutive days

The format we choose depends on your goals, what you're working on, your schedule, and what feels most manageable for you. During our consultation, we'll design an intensive that fits your needs.

  • A: Both methods are incredibly effective for trauma, anxiety, phobias, and emotional healing—they just work slightly differently. During our consultation and at the beginning of your intensive, I'll assess which approach (or combination) will serve you best based on your specific needs, what you're working on, and what feels most comfortable for you. My priority is using whichever tool will give you the deepest, fastest relief.

  • A: Brainspotting and EMDR intensives work well for people who:

    • Have a specific trauma, phobia, or issue they want to address intensively

    • Feel stuck in traditional weekly therapy and need a breakthrough

    • Have limited time due to travel, work schedules, or geographic distance

    • Want to make significant progress quickly

Intensives are particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, phobias, performance blocks, grief, life transitions, and patterns like perfectionism or people-pleasing. They're not recommended if you're currently in acute crisis, have unmanaged substance abuse, or aren't ready for deep emotional work. We'll discuss your readiness during our consultation.

  • A: After an intensive, many clients feel a profound sense of relief, clarity, and lightness—often describing it as "a weight has been lifted." However, processing can continue for days or even weeks after the intensive as your brain continues to integrate the work. You might feel tired, emotional, or need extra rest. Some clients experience vivid dreams or unexpected emotions surfacing as their nervous system continues healing. I provide support following your intensive and am available for follow-up sessions if needed. Many clients schedule a check-in session 1-2 weeks after an intensive to integrate their experience and address anything that comes up.

  • Intensives start at $990 for a 3 hour intensive. Number of days and hours is customized to your needs.

While this is a significant investment, many clients find that intensives are more cost-effective than months of weekly therapy, and the concentrated healing they experience is invaluable.

  • A: Schedule a free 20-minute consultation call. We'll discuss what you're hoping to work on, whether an intensive format is right for you, and what length and structure would serve you best. I'll explain exactly what to expect during the intensive, which method(s) we might use, and answer all your questions. If we determine an intensive is a good fit, we'll schedule your sessions and I'll provide preparation guidance to help you get the most from your experience.
